Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. You may request a return if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• You received a different product than what you ordered

• The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact

Note: We do not accept returns for:

• Items purchased on clearance/sale (unless damaged)

• Personal care or hygiene products

• Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

• Size issues (only if same product is available in another size)

• Defective/damaged items (within 7 days of delivery)

To process an exchange, email us at kartikomishra9@gamil.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue a store credit or refund via UPI or bank transfer

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

1. Email us at kartikomishra9@gamil.com within 7 days of delivery

2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach relevant photos

3. Our team will review your request and provide pickup/return instructions

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will arrange free pickup.

• If the return is due to a personal reason (e.g. change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
